Last night we witnessed some of the worst weather to hit the Memphis area in many years. Not three miles from our house a Sears at the Hickory Ridge Mall was nearly destroyed. The reports today are saying that there were more than 40 deaths in the area. Union University in Jackson, Tn suffered some of the worst damage with nearly 80% of their student housing being damaged. Thank fully God protected them and their were no fatalities on the campus.

Memphis Stone and Gravel and Lehman-Robert Co. were not immune to the damages that were inflicted yesterday. Our North Plant was severely damaged. Nearly every field conveyor was turned over and many of the stackers and plant conveyors were damaged. The lab trailer is a wash and was completely destroyed. Thankfully no one was hurt but we will be several weeks getting it all back together.
